Check in between 4pm and 9pm at the Red Front Store (8pm on Sundays).

Check out time is 11am. Late check out is available with advanced notice for an additional charge.

No smoking. A $100 charge will be added to your credit card to cover cleaning expenses if you smoke in the rooms.

No pets.

Payment: A credit card is required to confirm the reservation. Payment is required at the time of check in.

Refunds and Cancellations: The fee for ALL cancellations is $25. A refund LESS cancellation fee will be provided if cancellation occurs 14 days or more prior to the arrival date. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be charged for one night.

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 per room will be charged for any excessive cleaning required after check-out.

Rates are Double occupancy (exceptions are the rooms with Queen and Twin beds; occupancy is three). Rates may be higher on certain weekends and holidays. Rates subject to change and do not include state and local tax.

Complimentary Coffee, Hot Tea and Ice are available in the Red Front Store.
